Heart of the city, which was very convenient
Comfy bed, coffee machine and working aircon
Very dusty, floor was covered in dark long hair, no working sockets next to bed, bedside lamps didn’t work either, hair dryer was out of order too

The apartment was in a fantastic location. You couldn’t be more central, and despite this it was quiet. It was spacious, with good facilities, very clean and well maintained communal areas.
Despite the no smoking signs and a designated area for smokers, my apartment did have a lingering smell of cigarettes. I don’t know if the building has smoke detectors, but it may be worth looking into installing if not, to try and deter. There was the sound of the AC, but a necessity in the July heat. It’s wasn’t a problem necessarily, more of a background hum, but I prefer to sleep in silence so I wore earbuds.
