Location is less than 10 min away from all of the city squares and it's in a really nice part of the town.
Guests in other apartment were leaving their shoes and socks in the shared hall. Even though location is great, it can be noisy in the night and morning.

ستارة غرفة النوم قصيرة ما تغطي الشباك كامل يعني بالنهار بتشوف النور دورة المياه يحتاج لها صيانة اكثر تعامل المضيف كان جاف قليلا طلبت منه ساعة او ساعتين اضافية في وقت الخروج رفض بحجة ان في ضيوف بيجون ويستلمون الشقة رغم ان تسجيل الدخول الساعة 4 عصراً والخروج الساعة 11 صباحاً وما اعتقد ان مدة 5 ساعات تحتاج تنظيف الشقة على اللي أنا شفته كان ممكن يكون اكثر مرونة من كذا

The most important aspect was that the property was in the centre of the city, so its location was excellent.
However, the quality-price ratio was clearly overvalued. There are several airbnbs with better conditions, at least, 50-100€ cheaper. Some specific things that we disliked: the bed wasn’t totally made when we arrived (without sheets), the garbage bin still had garbage from a previous customer, and the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell (probably from the sink).
