Zagreb Industrial Charm 1 & 2

Everything about this experience was perfect. The small touches like the little gift upon arrival, the washing and dishwasher tabs (so often overlooked). The bed was so comfortable, slept amazingly well. Temperature control was spot on. Great air con during the summer heatwave. TV had all of the usual streaming services which actually worked, and the WiFi was great. Perfect.

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Il est spacieux, avec un grand espace cuisine salon, deux vrais lits pour 2 personnes, et très bien équipé, propre, moderne... La propriétaire est adorable et très disponible. Je conseille ce logement à 1000% !

From the moment I opened the imposing door of the apartment, I knew this stay would be something special. The imagination, creativity, effort and extraordinary attention to detail that Mrs Željka has devoted to this beautifully renovated, high-ceiling apartment make it an experience in itself. I have never stayed anywhere quite like it. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make you feel genuinely welcome. On arrival, you are greeted with Kraš chocolate wafers, local souvenirs, a bottle of excellent Croatian wine, local beers, juice, fresh blueberries, and a generous selection of coffee capsules and tea. Fresh slippers, bathrobes, quality toiletries (including a toothbrush, toothpaste and body lotion), laundry detergent pods, a washer-dryer, drying rack and iron are all provided. The apartment is spotlessly clean, wonderfully bright, and beautifully furnished, with large windows, a lovely view, and a perfect central location within walking distance of Zagreb's main attractions, cafés and restaurants. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is Mrs Željka and her family. Their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality make you feel less like a guest and more like a friend. They are always available, thoughtful and eager to help. When it was time to leave, I realised I would miss not only this remarkable apartment but also the wonderful people behind it. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Zagreb - it is one of the finest accommodations I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.
