Great location, easy to find, very detailed instructions by host, respected my ask for privacy
Dirty utensils, spider web in bedroom ceiling, ice tray was dirty and has some black residue in it.

Nice apartment in a great location relative to tourist attractions. Karla was kind enough to recommend some very good places to eat. Restaurants and grocery stores are within a very easy walk. The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard with no street noise.
The unit is located below grade and is somewhat damp and dark (especially on cloudy or rainy days). The shower and towels never fully dried and there is a musty smell in the apartment. There is also mold in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Moisture has also damaged the wall and paint or plaster falls into the shower.

The place was tasteful and offered all ameneties
Unfortunately the flat is a "basement " with windows facing a small lower terrace for light and air My key issue was the humidity. Despite having a dehumidifier available there was a gentle smell. While early autumn I would be concerned in winter
