Luxury 9th Floor 1 BR Condo Direct Oceanfront Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort Daytona Beach | 906

I liked that it was oceanfront, had amazing pools and inclusive kids area. The staff was very responsive and kind! The rooms were very quiet and we could not hear our neighbors.

We didn’t like that there was no dustpan, vacuum to clean up sand/dirt. The resort/owner only has starter supplies, (only two garbage bags, two rolls of toilet paper, and two pods for the dishwasher.) As a family with two children it wasn’t enough, but we also weren’t staying long enough to buy supplies. After paying what we did for one week you’d think it would be more supplied. We also had an issue with the WiFi toward the end of our trip that unfortunately did not get resolved.

The location was great. All the amenities were also great. The bed was very comfy.

It's described as a "luxury" condo, which is completely false. The room and staff were decent, but definitely not "luxury." Some of the staff were super nice, and some were rude. The furniture was outdated and worn out, and the tub/shower is in need of a new one because it looks old. I only had enough hot water for one hot shower the entire week. Im not sure if the lack of hot water was the wyndham's fault, or if it was just the condo owners fault. That's a lot of money to spend not to have hot water most of the week. There were also roaches on the balcony. This was my third time staying here, and this is the first time I've been disappointed with Wyndham.
