Really disappointed.

I tried contacting the hotel regarding my stay experience as I was not impressed, but did not receive a response. I was travelling alone, and at 11pm at night had banging on the door from housekeeping. I was asleep but woke up in a fright and said no thank you - only for them to keep banging. I reluctantly opened the door to be told that a staff member needed to come into my room to do something with the hot water. I advised I was sleeping and this can wait until tomorrow, but I didn’t seem to have a choice. Along with this, you’re told at check in that the pool closes at 10pm. It was much later and there were people screaming and jumping in the pool, with no consequence. The wifi dropped out constantly, which was not ideal when I had some calls to make. The rain shower head didn’t work at all, just the hand held extension which was way too powerful and completely drenched the bathroom.

I have stayed here a few times, the room is bright, clean and the bed is comfortable! Nice outdoor patio, and big bathroom.

I think it’s slightly overpriced for what it is but overall it’s a lovely hotel!

Great hotel, nice bright rooms but no bar or restaurant

Rooms were bright and the beds were big. Staff were great. Overall I had a nice stay

The white sheets were a little stained with yellow marks. The bathroom was a little dark. The shower water didn’t run down the drain well when I had a shower so it was like a mini bath for my feet. There’s no bar or restaurant at the hotel

Nice Hotel

Location was really good, amazing staff and very helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom very spacious.

They ask you for a deposit of 100k per night in case you damage anything of their property and I didn’t know about it. It gets a bit noisy at night time but it’s because the way the hotel is built it has a little bit of echo.

Clean, minimalist, great for a solo traveller. Friendly staff.

My room was near the foyer and did get loud from time to time because of the bathroom open window and gap under the door sound echoed in easily.

整體非常舒適，附近還有超市和便利店，靜中帶旺。

這是一家推崇環保的飯店。雖然沒有室內拖鞋這點有點不習慣，但是由於地板還是很清潔乾淨，所以之後沒有室內拖鞋也覺得不是太大的問題。房內也沒有礦泉水瓶，但是可以到共用的廚房接水（房內備有Water Jar）。雖然床有點高（老人家出行可能要注意），但是整體還是很舒服。值得讚賞的是，這裡的樓頂很高，有種寬敞感，再加上有很多空間可以擺放物品，還有很多充電的位置，這些都是加分項。整體來說，我覺得還是很舒適的。

希望飯店可以提供信用卡支付抵押金的選項，因為我們剛好不夠現金，被扣押著有點沒安全感。但是這也是小問題。
