Does not live up to the pictures or the expectations set by previous reviews. We were allowed to check in earlier than usual, which was a nice and appreciated gesture. Unfortunately, our positive first impression quickly faded once we entered the room. It was far from properly cleaned. There was dirt in several areas on the floor, all the towels were stained and visibly dirty, and the bed was no better - the pillowcases, duvet covers, and sheets all appeared unclean. We notified the staff about the issue, and they assured us they would take care of it. Sadly, we did not notice any real improvement afterward. Fortunately, we were only staying for two nights, but I would not recommend this place to anyone who values a clean and well-maintained room. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Great guesthouse for a short stay central canggu

Really nice home stay, good location just walking distance from some good cafes and shops. The apartment itself was clean and plenty of space. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Shame there isn’t a TV in the room as would put me off a longer stay. The shared kitchen area isn’t very clean I avoided using it. The shower didn’t initially work very well but did get resolved quickly

Outdoor area was nice. Room has lots of natural light and spacious. Bathroom big too. Nice quiet location. Staff were helpful.

I would have stayed longer if the musky mildew smell wasn’t so bad. And the noise from other guests. People standing outside my room talking at 2.30am. Staff didn’t tell them to be quiet.

The location was convenient.

The staff didn't really say more than two words to us the entire time we were there, or were sleeping when we saw them behind reception. The bathroom smelt very unpleasant as the water didn't fully drain from the shower and remained under the sink for the most part of our stay.

I’ve got bed bugs and I went to the clinic, it was confirmed. I was wondering, I thought it’s from everyday surfing but the bites and by the look of it, the Doctor said, it’s bed bug bites.

Friendly staff, lots of other international guests, pantry is convenient with water dispenser. They provide in-room massage service too with an affordable price!

Cleanliness of the bathroom, towels and linens should be looked into. I tried to ignore the stains and smell. Otherwise all is well.

The place is nice and has good facilities, like swimming pool and kitchen, the room looks nice. Staff were very nice.

I had the twin room. In that particular room my pillow was smelling bad. The sheet looked fine but probably the pillow itself needs a thorough wash. Also we found many small flies in that room and the air was somehow damp.

Nice location and really good staff. About a 2 min walk to the main road and easy enough to catch a taxi or walk if you’d rather. Pool was nice and clean and a good temperature, it was very chilled out. Really good value for money

Good place, maybe better for long stays as they do not offer breakfast, but they have a good kitchen for cooking. Rooms are nice and comfortable with a lot of space. Just a short distance to the main street were you can find everything and the receptionists were nice and always helpful.

not by the busy street nice wide view of rice fields from the roof terrace decently clean

relatively expensive for Bali, you pay the "Changgu" brand far away from the sea room felt cold and empty, very white and not much in it, just an expensive place to sleep the pool is small and unattractive they have this amazing terrace but do nothing with it, just a dark grey terrace in direct sun with nothing on it when I got there by moto full of luggage the staff was just watching me struggling instead of having the reflex to come and help

A basic hotel with a nice pool.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner Jaya was attentive and helped organise a scooter, laundry and a taxi for me all via WhatsApp. The grounds and pool were clean, as was the room - and the bed was really really comfy.

My room faced out to the common area so the only way to have privacy was to shut the door completely including the blinds which made me feel a bit claustrophobic as there were no other windows. I'm sure the upstairs rooms avoided this issue tho as they face a balcony. The door didn't close properly (left a 1cm gap) so my room was full of mosquitoes each night. I felt like the name was misleading as it wasn't a spa tho it had a very ordinary salon on the outside which was rarely open. I would suggest staying closer to the beach where there's more happening. Or splurge on an actual spa.

Odalar temiz ve ferahtı. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Mutfakta her şey var, eksiklik veya aksaklık yaşamadık. Konumu çok ideal bir yerde, sadece yolu biraz bozuk ama bizim için sorun değildi.

Havlular biraz garip kokuyordu, kullanılan deterjandan da olabilir bilmiyorum. Ama temizlerdi.

Très bien pour une seule nuit passée à Canggu. La possibilité de louer un scooter directement sur place pour 80K RP et également de laisser les bagages après le Check out pour profiter de la journée. L’hôtel est situé à une quinzaine de minute à pied des plages (5 min à scooter) et le quartier comprend pas mal de bars et resto
