Enjoyed my stay here , clean and comfortable. Great location from Nirvana Life which was an easy 2 min walk. Handy locat

The manager Pepe was amazing, very accommodating, as well as the staff. Each day the room was made up and i was made to feel like at home.

I loved having access to a nice restaurant on site, the pool was lovely, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The outdoor area has a great social vibe. The air conditioning unit in my unit was absolutely stunning. It made it tough to even leave my room because I was so comfortable. A great place to stay

The location is a little bit out of the way of most attractions, but since rides are so cheap by bike in Bali, it really was hardly an inconvenience. You just kind of miss out on things being walking distance. Truly, hardly a criticism, I enjoyed my stay a lot.

they should change their advertising pictures the photos online arent even the hotel in real life starting from the lobby the furnitures were dirty and dusty the artificial plants and decorations were dirty theres no lift to access upstairs my husband and i were thinking to extend our stay for 2 nights when we booked online but when we got to the hotel we changed our mind , we got to our room it smell mouldy and old from the air con and its very noisy it sounds like a washing machine the curtains were dusty and there was mould on the white curtains and bedsheet and cover were old you can tell they dont change it to new sheets they wash it and use the same sheet and cover over and over again there was only 2 pillows and 2 small decorative small pillows there was no mini fridge in our room and the TV plays up we had to get the girl from the reception to fix it so she left a spare key in the room so the TV can stay on The bathroom i dont know what it is but theres mould every where the sink the shower tiles the shower head looks like the white stuff in the milk when its off the shower curtain it was yuck 🤮 the smell from the toilet was all over in the room it made me sick and gave me a headache it smells like sewage we were out the whole day cause i couldnt stay in the room we open the windows but didnt help the swimming pool it was dirty the water was blue but the ground and the tiles were mouldy and dirty and never seen a person swim in the swimming pool that day it was just terrible me and my husband couldnt wait to check out i have never checked out a hotel as fast before the location is very busy and traffic

Dat ik had gevraagd om een mogelijkheid van transfer vanaf vliegveld naar hotel Ik vond dat ze daar bijna 3x het bedrag van een grab taxi voor vroegen en toen ik aangaf dan zelf vervoer te regelen het management mijn boeking wou annuleren omdat het zogenaamd op zo’n korte termijn niet te regelen was. Toen ik akkoord ging met vervoer ineens weer wel.
