Splendid stay for two people.

Julia and Pekka offered to meet us at the airport for a pick up for 30 euros. They were lovely and friendly, offered their local suggestions for food and things to do. The apartment was on the second floor with a nice view of the forest (Tiaga) behind with a balcony. The living was spacious and had a working TV (though we believed it wasn't a smart TV). The kitchen had all the essentials for storing and cooking food for 2 people. More than 2 might be a push but do able. The bathroom was good and the inbuilt sauna was definitely a bonus. The apartment is in a quiet area and is approx 30 mins walk from town with a supermarket nearby (15 min walk) and a smaller shop being 5 mins away.

The pictures from of the bedroom implies it is separate from the living room, however it is not (photo attached). There was no bedside table for lamps/lighting or for us to put anything in close proximity besides the floor. Not the worst thing in the world but it is of note.

Unexpectedly satisfied

I highly recommend this hotel. Interior space is large, bed bathroom kitchen facilities are available. There is even a small sauna. The host was very attentive, carrying our luggage and showing us the convenience stores around and all the facilities in the room. In the morning, the window is full of forest and snow. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. You can experience the characteristics of Nordic life in depth. It's like home. While cooking, we accidentally broke the pot. The landlord is very accommodating. This is our problem and we will make amends. All in all, this is my top choice of accommodation for my next visit to Rovaniemi.

Séjour parfait dans un logement confortable, bien équipé et situé proche du centre-ville : je recommande vivement.

Les équipements sont excellents, avec un sauna qui constitue un vrai atout. Le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé, notamment au niveau de la cuisine. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique en hiver. La literie est très confortable et les propriétaires sont flexibles, notamment pour une arrivée anticipée. De nombreux espaces de rangement rendent le séjour encore plus agréable, j’aurai vraiment aimé y rester plus longtemps !

Kätevä vaatimattomalle matkustajalle

Todella lähellä yliopistoa ja ruokakauppaa, kymmenen minuutin kävelymatka ontuvalle. Huoneisto tilava ja erittäin kotoisa. Valoisa.

Kaikki asuntotalossa tapahtuva kuuluu seinien läpi, mutta naapurit olivat onneksi järjen ihmisiä eivätkä melunneet yöllä.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde

Asunnon sijainti on rauhallinen ja maisema puistoon. Autolle löytyi paikka helposti. Huoneisto oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä, kaikki perusvälineet löytyy. Sain avaimet sujuvasti ja muutenkin nopeaa ja ystävällistä yhteydenpitoa.

Супер апартаменты

Понравилось. Квартира небольшая, но очень уютная. Все супер чисто, запах восхитительный. Сауна шпарит так, что после мороза -15, вы мгновенно отогреваетесь, для разогрева нужно подождать минут 20-30. В квартире было все, от чистейшего белья, всей посуда и кухонной утвари до чая, специй и растительного масла. Это был прекрасный опыт)) А ещё рядом есть озеро, на котором можно поймать северное сияние, не выезжая за приделы))это супер бонус.

Как по мне, то хотелось бы пожестче матрасы на кровати, но это чисто индивидуально скорее. И если вы без авто и планируете останавливаться в этих апартаментах, то настраивайтесь ходить много пешком. Так, как до центра минут 30 пешком, до ближайшего транспорта минут 15-20, а такси не всегда приезжает в этот район Для нас это был не минус, мы знали про это А это информация чисто для сведенья и чтобы не испортить ваши ожидания Потому что апарты действительно прекрасные.
