Für Paare mit mäßigem Anspruch geeignet.

Es war sehr sauber.

Die Sauna hat nicht funktioniert. Der Vermieter wirkte nicht sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr außerhalb der Stadt. Zu Fuß braucht man mit Kindern mindestens 30 Minuten.

Casa meravigliosa super confortevole. C’è tutto quello che può servire e soprattutto piena di calore con lucine e accessori che ti fanno sentire a casa. Purtroppo ci siamo stati!

Tolle kleine Wohnung, die echt viel kann

Die Unterkunft war kompakt und doch so umfangreich. Wir hatten genügend Platz für 3 Personen. Vor allem die kleine Sauna hat uns überrascht! Finnland hat eine gute Infrastruktur. Busse kamen regelmäßig und der Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke. Durch den Code hatte man auch keinen nervigen Schlüssel bei sich. Gerne wieder! ☺️

Merveilleux séjour !

On a adoré le sauna! Le lit etait très confortable, l appartement bien decoré. Notre hôte etait réactif aux demandes. Le logement est bien situé, un peu a l ecart du centre ville, avec des commerces tout proche. Avoir une place de parking etait également d une aide précieuse. Le logement etait propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir une aurore boréale juste devant l appartement ! Encore merci pour cette belle expérience.

Voor mijn de conferentie was het de perfecte locatie naast de Universiteit. Supermarkt ligt naast de duur en met mijn huurauto was alles snel bereikbaar. Superhost. Regaeerde snel. Geen problemen. Zou het iedereen aanbevelen

Perfecta

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que me he hospedado, el apartamento es perfecto, solo con entrar ya te sientes en casa. Es bastante amplio, cama y sillón muy cómodos, cocina perfecta con muchos utensilios para poder cocinar y muy buena luz. El salón es súper amplio espacio para comer en la mesa y después tiene un sillón que se puede convertir en cama y es bastante cómodo, nosotros lo usamos bastante para ver la tele cuando ya anochecía y hacía demasiado frío para hacer otra cosa, la tele es smart TV por lo que puedes poner tu cuenta en la plataforma que quieras. El baño está muy bien también, lo mejor la sauna, calienta rápido y es una maravilla, también tiene lavadora pero nosotros no la usamos al igual que el lavavajillas. El dueño es muy simpático y responde bastante rápido a los mensajes, a nosotros nos dejó entrar antes de la hora y salir un poco después igual, lo que le agradecemos mucho 🙏🏼 La ubicación está bien, está como a 5/6 minutos del centro de la ciudad en coche y como a poco más de media hora caminando, nosotros cogimos bolt unas pocas veces y salía bien de precio igual si contratas excursiones van a recogerte a casa. Igual tiene paradas de bus cerca. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento completamente, si volvemos a Rovaniemi sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar aquí 🤍

Lo único que pondría aquí es que la ducha está muy cerca de la lavadora, y las duchas de Finlandia son un poco raras porque no tienen mampara ni nada para proteger y que no se ponga todo empapado pero son todas así.
