Gute Lage zum Markt und zur Altstadt (fußläufig) in ruhiger Umgebung.

Derzeit befindet sich mit Ausnahme der einen Ferienwohnung das gesamte Gebäude in der Sanierung. Man befindet sich als Gast quasi auf einer Baustelle. Wir hatten Glück, am Wochenende dort zu sein, so dass die Handwerker nicht anwesend waren. Sonst hätten wir bestimmt keine Ruhe gehabt und auch unser Auto nicht kostenlos im Hof parken können. Außerhalb ist alles teure Parkzone. Es gibt auch in der Ferienwohnung selbst noch einiges zu tun, z.B. lockere Steckdosen. Ach ja, im steilen Treppenhaus riecht es tatsächlich übel nach Schimmel. In der Ferienwohnung selbst nicht.

The location was very good. Communication with the friendly owner was excellent, and the key box was a great idea, especially if you don’t know exactly when you will arrive. We didn’t meet the owner, but everything was well organised and the instructions were clear. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment.

Everything would have been fine, but we didn’t expect it to be so cold. When we arrived, it was 17°C in the kitchen and 19°C in the living room. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were still freezing until the next morning, even though the heater was on the highest setting all night. As a result, the nights were noisy because the fans were constantly running. We met the neighbours who were renting another flat. They had a small child with them and were also very upset about the cold. The building is very old, and there isn’t much that can be done about it. Not a good place for winter stay. But would go again in other seasons.
