Nice quiet house. Perfect for what we needed.

Nice layout, good well equipped kitchen and lounge Good shower, house was clean and a good size. Check in very easy. Room for 2 cars on drive and one outside the house. 3 toilets available is nice. Really nice quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for group of friends who wanted to meet for a quiet and relaxed weekend away. We were each able to have our own bedroom. Good clear communications too via text message and the booking.com app. Everything was really easy to find. Thanks too for having an 11am checkout - much nicer to have this and not need to rush on the final morning.

A few damp patches from bathrooms, and on ceiling in kitchen. The house was too hot and it wasn’t possible to open windows in all bedrooms. Better than being too cold but I think setting the temperature lower to say 23 degrees would be better. The thermostat was set at 34 degrees! which was very hot. We turned it down but the next night it seems to reset back to 34 degrees and we all woke up in the middle of the night absolutely boiling hot! Overall very happy though and would recommend.

Great house -let down by a couple of issues.

Great location for Oxford and surrounding areas

Mould in downstairs bathroom all over ceiling and a handrail was hanging off the wall creating a safety risk. Host did attempt to remedy this but only on last night of stay after young children had gone to bed.

A reasonable house for a short stay.

Kitchen reasonably resourced. The bedrooms were all a good size.

The door of the shower in the en suite was broken, so it leaked. You can see a water stain in the kitchen below. The stairway handrail was coming away from the wall, so was not safe. The driveway is very narrow, two of the cars would not fit down. The drivers also had to be confident as its a short steep drive onto the road.

Great break

It would have been useful to have some information regarding how the oven worked. Also info re putting out recycling / rubbish. Bins outside were full do couldn’t empty rubbish into them anyway Clean comfortable well equipped and lovely soaps

Lovely house, great base for a get together of old friends.

The house was very spacious and well laid out and furnished. The beds were comfortable with good quality bed linen. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glasses and crockery. The garden and garden furniture looked nice but it was too cold to take advantage of it.

No tea towels, washing up sponge or bath mat. Dishwasher was small and not enough dishwasher detergent. One bedroom lacked a mirror. Some instructions for the thermostat would have been useful. The positives easily outweighed the negatives though.

This house is a good choice for a family with a lot of kids, as it is very spacious.

- The spaciousness of the living area. - Plenty of bedrooms - Value for money - Free wifi

- The bathtub has issues with water temperature and power. If multiple people were showering in different rooms, the power of water would be soft. - The parking space was a little too small to fit a van.
