Large kitchen diner is a great place to all eat together and doors open onto a lovely garden which we sat in as the weather was so warm and sunny.
Downstairs bedrooms were all comfortable. Only 1 bathroom but it was fine.
Upstairs bedroom has a large south facing window with great views but it was very hot and the blinds are hopeless. Black out blinds or thick curtains are needed. The bathroom windows dont open so it all got a bit stuffy.

Sommige plekken in huis verdienen wat extra aandacht, badkamer tegels gescheurd op eerste verdieping, tuin niet onderhouden.

Great location for Oxford and surrounding areas
Mould in downstairs bathroom all over ceiling and a handrail was hanging off the wall creating a safety risk. Host did attempt to remedy this but only on last night of stay after young children had gone to bed.
