Using the computerised code to gain entry was a bit tricky the first time. OK after that.

Comfortable, well-equipped house with easy access to city centre.

Well equipped and maintained house in a quiet area and near the station. Bedrooms small, but comfortable beds and bedside tables with lamps - always a bonus - and plenty of wardrobe space. The heating came on at odd times (midnight?) but the house was warm enough. Easy walk to city centre.

The entry system was temperamental and sometimes we had to try several times (always with the correct code) to gain entry. Another side table in the sitting room would be handy, as would somewhere to hang coats other than in the tiny downstairs loo, making it unusable.

Host communications were somewhat negative about warnings about the house There were not enough wine glasses, and no champagne flutes (we were celebrating a special occasion among 6 friends and we had brought champagne) The 10.00 am Saturday morning check-out time limit was inconvenient

Great location. Short walk from all attractions and the train station. Very well-appointed house with everything that you could need. Comfortable beds, pillows etc. Good outdoor space too

We had a lovely time in Oxford and couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We would definitely book the house again

The instructions to get into the property were clear and easy. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen facilities more than adequate. It was quiet and convenient for walking into the city centre.

Nothing! The only comment to make is that although the bedroom wardrobes were great, it would be useful to have a simple chair in the each bedrooms.

Comfortable 4 - bed home.

Well-appointed and very comfortable 4 bed property. Walking distance - flat - to centre of Oxford, with local Sainsbury's very close by for essentials if needed. We - 8 adults and one baby - were in Oxford for a family occasion and property was ideal for our needs. We really didn't have any issues other than a missing iron, which would have been useful, but only a minor negative. We needed parking for 4 cars but we knew that the property only had one space and this might have been a potential issue. However, thankfully, the 3 other cars were able to find paid parking close to the property - one space turned out to be actually in the next-door driveway! - following message / communication re parking websites from the hosts. Recommended.

Perfect place to stay in the centre of Oxford

Great location. 7 minutes walk into the centre of Oxford but also very quiet. Easy entry using a digital door entry system so no keys to loose. Very comfy beds with fresh, clean linen and towels. Bathrooms were very clean with good showers. Well appointed kitchen and lovely garden to sit out in and enjoy a glass of fizz in the sunshine (note the cushions for the outside chairs are inside the table - just lift the lid.). Highly recommended and would stay again

There is only 1 small parking space in front of the property which we could use from 4pm to 10 am as we were only staying 1 night. However, as we wanted to have more time in Oxford whilst we were there, I reserved a parking spot in the same road using JustPark, which was really useful . Only wine glasses - would be nice to have some fizz glasses and a wine cooler if we were being really picky.

Good property for central Oxford stay.

Great property in very good condition and everything provided eg kitchen stuff is good quality. Very good location for train station and just 10mins walk into centre of Oxford. Well kept garden is a bonus in the warm weather. Good to have a parking space as well so close to centre. Helpful hosts with plenty of communication with instructions etc.

Driveway for parking is a bit tight with the adjacent planting.

Great location and property

Fabulous house in a super location. We stayed for Royal Ascot week so we were travelling from Ox to Ascot by train, so the proximity to station was perfect. Proximity to Jericho’s restaurants and bars as well as the city centre, all very walkable 👍🏼 The house was super, very clean and west facing back garden. We got deliveries from Banana’s Thai restaurant so didn’t really use the kitchen. Communication was also excellent.

Only small complaints are (1) pillows in the bedrooms are ridiculously uncomfortable, please please replace with ones that won’t give cricked necks …….(2) comfortable seating in the lounge lacking. It’d be better with an extendable /drop leaf round dining table up against the wall instead of the long rectangular one dominating the o

Location, available parking, 4 bedrooms, spacious, well equipped bathrooms, generally well equipped kitchen, clear instructions, good WiFi signal, decent price for a property so close to the city centre, internally clean and tidy

We did go into the back garden. The outside light at the back had massive cobwebs all over it. Although well equipped the kitchen didn’t appear to have any oven gloves. With an oven there (we used it), some gloves would have been helpful.

Great location but beware very early check out at 10am with a £360 fine if you are late which made us feel very stressed

Although the booking details did state check in at 4 and check out at 10am it wasn’t something I paid much attention to as it is typical to check in at 3 and out at 11am. I asked to check out 1 hour later and was told there would be a £50 charge which I thought was too much but then with a threat of £350 fine with an unauthorised late check out.

Great location. It's nice to be able to walk to town centre and visit sites plus Westgate shopping centre. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. House is round corner from station. Host Alona was helpful, thank you! Small kitchen but nice with most things that you need. Could do with more comfy seating in lounge, a strainer for tea would be helpful.

Clean n cosy

No heating for the first night when we arrived late in the evening. All of us had to armour up to sleep. (Quite hilarious actually) But the issue was promptly rectified on the next day when I pointed it out to the host.

Excellent location for arriving and leaving by train (very short walk to the station, left baggage shop nearby), and for walking into the town centre, either along the roads or by the canal. Great to have plenty of bathrooms.

Needs more sofa/armchair seating in the living room as only space for 4 people to sit on the 'comfy' chairs.

Once there the house is very convenient to the historic center of Oxford and the train station.

The location was very close to Oxford Train Station and a short walk to Oxford city which was excellent!

There is substantial road works going on nearby which of course is not the property owners issue but some advanced notice re the approach and diversions would have saved perhaps an hour to find the place.
