Great facilities, small apartment but with everything you might need. Good location if you don't mind not being super central, has great tram connections and it is only 40 minutes walking from the city centre so that is always an option
Nothing. It is close to the street so might get "noisy" for light sleepers, but the traffic reduces heavily at night so that was not a problem for us.

good value for Zurich, flat is cozy and well equipped for a short stay. Tramway stop is close to reach Central Zurich
The noise from the street is quite annoying in the night (summer with open windows). No air conditioning but I think it's common in Zurich, just summers are getting hotter and hotter.

Sophia was very helpful and the kitchen amenities were good.
The bed was not very comfortable, the location is not too central but there were stones and restaurants within walking distance.
