Excellent accommodation that makes your Zurich holiday even more enjoyable.

It was a perfect stay, far beyond my expectations. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I received answers to my questions very quickly. The apartment entry system was easy, and there was a spare key. Our room was downstairs, and we could access the garden and sit at the table outside.The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Everything a guest might need had been thought of. A very high-quality coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, and chocolate were waiting for us.Everything was ready in the kitchen. There was a kettle, plates and glasses of all sizes, cutlery and knives, bottle openers, wine openers, even wine glasses.The bathroom was spotless, with shampoo and body wash readily available. The towels were thick and of very good quality. It was great that the bathroom cabinet had a two-way mirror, making makeup much easier.The Wi-Fi was excellent. We weren't bothered by noise; in fact, we enjoyed the sounds from outside, as they reflected the flow of life. Transportation to the city center and the airport was excellent. The tram stop was only a two-minute walk away, so transportation was fantastic.A huge thank you to Sonia and Pablo for preparing this beautiful apartment and making our Zurich holiday so wonderful.

Super nice cozy and great location! Small but well-equipped.

I love the location! Even though we have to take the buses to go to old town but it’s near the bus stations very convenient. There is a supermarket near the place. And the apartment has everything for you to cook! Thank you for providing olive oil and vinegar!

I didn’t really like the basement. I couldn’t find the apartment at first and we met our neighbors she also couldn’t find her room. At first we didn’t find the light so we lived in the dark for 3 days. Only find the switch before we checked out. But it was our fault.

The room is very nice, large, with a small balcony. Comfortable bed. There is a complete kitchen. The hosts were very kind to let us enter the roon before the checkin time. They were also very kind in helping us with other minor needs.

It's not located exactly in the ceter of the city. You need a quick tram ride to get there

transportation around this location, the host replied shortly.

BnB provided two mini sets shower gel and shampoo, I told him not enough for we stay five days, he said that this is bnb not hotel, he provide 2 days only. But finally he add 2 more sets to me. I don't mind he provide or not, but he should mention that in the rental page , let guests get ready for that. And I got 2 cockroach in the kitchen. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Cozy and comfortable stay at El destino apartments

We really enjoyed our stay at “el destino - Sorpresa apartment” it had all we needed. It was pretty cozy and well prepared. Kitchen amenities were very helpful for us. Regarding to the noise, we were a little bit concern but the true is that for us was very quiet. Still it was a good detail to have the earplugs available if needed. We also loved how the door opened automatically when we were arriving to the property. The Niki app was friendly and easy to use.

It is situated within 100 meters of tram station and it was clean and comfortable

There is no proper ventilation and fan/AC. It was very hot when we reached zurich and the small table fan was not enough for us.

Did the job, but wouldn't return.

The apartment was a convenient location for a reasonably priced stay in Zurich.

The bedroom itself has blinds, but the next room is a kitchen with a big window that hasn't got blinds or curtains and there's no door in between, so it's impossible to get the bedroom properly dark. I also received multiple emails with instructions from the owners during my stay, to the point where it really felt too much (especially for a one-night stay), both from a volume point of view and in terms of the instructions themselves. As other reviews say, as announced upon booking, the apartment is noisy. It's also difficult to see the telly from the bed due to the bed frame being in the way. Finally, I was told after booking that I'd need an app to access the apartment- this wasn't right, I was able to access with a code and didn't use the app.

Fantastic little studio just off-center from central Zurich. It's right next to a central road but even so, I found it very quiet and peaceful. Had a great night's rest - would definitely stay again when in town. Very close to local transport (busses and trams).

Passable but wouldn’t return

bed was comfortable, place was very clean, staff were lovely (left some little chocolates and lollies for us), kitchenette was great

No TV, right behind a multi tram point so can get noisy, attracts bugs from outside, no air conditioning, we had 2 other couples try to enter our room thinking it was theirs.. was quite frightening having people playing around at ur key code and door handle!!! A better explanation on where rooms are located are clearly needed.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider it again!

The location of the property is what I liked the most. It’s conveniently situated near the University of Zurich’s Irchel Campus. Additionally, it’s close to the Universitat Irchel tram stop, making it easy to commute to the city center and the airport. I also appreciate the amenities offered by the property.

Considering the size of the property, I would say the price could have been slightly lower. This can be done by reducing the cleaning fee for short work stays like mine where people only use the place to sleep.

Exceeding expectations

It was a great apartment located very close to the tram station, which made getting around really easy. One of the best things was the small garden. We really enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings after long days of walking. All the facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well-equipped. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Restful sleep in Zurich

Close to the tram stop, so transportation without a car was made easy. Apartment was very clean and has all the amenities.

We weren't sure exactly which apartment was ours, but were able to reach Pablo to help us know which keypad to use to unlock the door. Also, my wife is sensitive to mold, and had a slight reaction which resolved once we checked out.

Where Aesthetics meet Warm Hospitality

If hotel rooms could feel like home, El Destino Apartments absolutely do. Beyond the beautiful aesthetics of the place, it’s the thoughtful little touches that make all the difference—just like in a real home. You walk into a spotless apartment where every detail is taken care of. Even though others may have stayed before you, the dishwashing liquid and handwash bottles are filled to the brim, aromatic candles are thoughtfully placed around the room, extra duvets are tucked neatly in the cabinets, chocolates await to greet you, and there's an excellent assortment of coffee and tea. The location is another great advantage—perfectly situated between two prominent tram stations, including Universität Irchel, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. Pablo and Sonia are exceptional hosts. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Their response time is impressively quick, whether on the Booking.com app or via personal contact. When I had to move from one apartment to another, they were unfailingly kind and helpful. On the day I was leaving, I requested a late checkout, and they went out of their way to accommodate it. I will never forget their kindness. It was truly a special stay.

There’s hardly anything not to like. If I had to mention something, it would be the limited wardrobe space. Some rooms have wall-mounted hanging areas, others have big cabinets, but organising clothes can still feel a bit tricky. That said, it's a minor inconvenience considering how wonderful everything else is.

Very nice

The apartment was excellent. When we arrived, we were greeted by candies, which was a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed - pots, pans, microwave, cups, cleaning equipement, etc. Toilet was also well equiped, as well as the rest of the apartment (we had ironing equipement and a vaccuum cleaner). Communication with the owners was excellent and the apartment was clean and cozy. Highly reccomended.

Comfortable stay, good worth for money.

We had a great stay at Pablo and Sonia’s apartment. They were kind, responsive, and very transparent about the place—everything matched the description perfectly. The apartment was cosy, especially with the two bedside lamps, and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The nearby tram stop made it easy to reach the city centre. Overall, a comfortable and honest stay. Highly recommended.

A la vuelta hay una estación para el tranvía que te lleva al centro. El dueño muy atento.

La cama no está hecha, solo tiene la sábana del colchón y te dejan las cobijas dobladas encima de la cama, que son más pequeñas que la cama. En los alrededores no hay mucha vida, no hay tiendas de conveniencia, ni lugares para comer.

Excelente alojamiento.

A solo 10 minutos en tranvía desde la estación principal de trenes. Solo hay que subir unos 5 peldaños para llegar al alojamiento. Se entra con clave en puerta, nunca ves a nadie. El departamento es maravilloso, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Yo estuve 5 noches y me encantó. Gran espacio, cocina equipada, cafetera, hervidor, tv, baño espacioso, secador de pelo, artículos de aseo, etc. Dejaron chocolatitos y calugas, muy amables.

Es caro, pero como todo en Suiza. Como mencioné, hay que subir unos peldaños para llegar al alojamiento desde la calle (aunque son pocos, como 5 o 6, es importante tenerlo en consideración especialmente cuando se viaja con maleta grande)

Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Attrezzato con il necessario per soggiornare e cucinare. Comoda la serratura con codice, per non portare in giro le chiavi. Non distante dal centro e servita dai mezzi pubblici.

La zona non presenta parcheggi nei dintorni, se si arriva in macchina è quasi d'obbligo prenotare il posto auto, che è a pagamento.

Tinha tudo de que precisávamos. A localização é excelente apesar de não ser no centro, porque um trem leva você facilmente ao centro, ao aeroporto e à estação de trem. Cama e chuveiro ótimos. Faz um pouco de barulho durante o dia mas não à noite então não atrapalha em nada. Check-in fácil e com instruções detalhadas. Enfim, recomendo e voltaria.
