It was clean. Location is good. A good relation price quality. A normal apartment.

The shutters did not open and apparently this was a common complain which had not been resolved. The pillows were very uncomfortable and son did not like the soft mattress. The check out time is 10 am and check in is quite late.

Die Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn ist perfekt. Auch die Ausstattung des Apartments ist gut und in der Wohnung war alles sauber. Kleine Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und etwas Geschirr und Besteck sowie ein Ventilator sind vorhanden.

Der Hausflur war sehr schmutzig und roch schlecht. Außerdem war der Rolladen an der Balkontür kaputt und ließ sich weder ganz herunterkurbeln noch rauf. Dadurch kam noch mehr Hitze in die Wohnung als ohnehin. Der Vermieter teilte mit, er werde sich nach unserer Abreise darum kümmern... Gestört hat uns außerdem der Lärm von der Straße.

La propiedad era amplia y cómoda estaba muy bien ubicada.

Todo estuvo muy bien y el depto es muy lindo pero lamentablemente no lo puedo calificar mejor porque la persiana que ya tenía reclamos de huéspedes anteriores seguía sin estar arreglada y cuando lo manifesté , el dueño me respondió que no era su responsabilidad. No confíen en que vaya a arreglarla. Fue imposible descansar con tanta luz. Mínimamente podría haber solucionado el problema con un black out pero por lo visto no tiene en cuenta los reclamos de los inquilinos. Tampoco me gustó que no quisiera que la comunicación fuera a través de whatsapp siendo este el medio de comunicación más práctico para extranjeros

It was not very clean unfortunately. There were multiple crumbs (or something orange) scattered around the floor, and some hairs in the bed. The balcony’s blind was half broken and didn’t close fully, letting all the light in.
