Appartamento con tetti affrescati a Catania centro

The apartment is wonderful! Paintings on the ceilings, carefully selected furniture, the layout of the whole place, and the owner's attention to every detail — everything is absolutely charming. A great attraction for lovers of historical atmospheres. The location is great, very close to the city's biggest attractions. The host is very nice and friendly. Wine and local snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. Thank you!

The shower could be bigger. That's the only thing.

The beautiful frescoed ceilings in the entry room & huge bedroom to wake up to every morning. We felt like royalty in a palazzo. Large sunlit windows with thick soundproof (almost) shutters-18th century! Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Had a secure area inside entry gate to park our rental car. Property close to historic center & many cafes & restaurants. Felt safe & comfortable. Property owner was very helpful & responsive. Went out of his way to make recommendations & a reservation to an incredible seafood restaurant we will always remember.

This street has some neighborhood restaurants that can be quite boisterous & noise/music level can be loud until midnight noise curfew. There are thick shutters & drapes that do a good job eliminating most of the noise as well as earplugs on your nightstand. Shower stall so narrow, I had to open shower doors to bend over to shave & to pick up dropped soap & we are thin people! This would not deter me from renting this place again. A unique experience to be here!

The place was amazing. Beautiful, clean, the location and the host who was very nice and helpful! I highly recommend staying here if you like to feel like home.

A fantastically well equipped and beautiful apartment. Really roomy space and stunning bedroom, very much as pictured . The owner was extremely kind to provide us with a beautiful cot and things for a baby which they didn’t have to. It would be perfect for a longer stay since it is so well equipped and such a great kitchen. The owner really goes above and beyond to provide equipment , advice on the area and be kind. It was rainy weather when we stayed but the apartment was the perfect place to dry off, exceptionally clean, warm comfortable bed and Netflix. Thank you for a lovely stay,

Not at all the owners fault but the neighbourhood has a bigoted/extremist vibe. There was a sign next door with a picture of a masked person and a Jewish Star of David saying “Israelis -those without humanity - not welcome” which was painful for us to see every time and made us feel really uncomfortable
