Air conditioning during the heatwave. It's controlled from the office but he got it just right. Comfortable bed. Mostly quiet. Supermarket 3 doors down and metro just across the road.
A fridge would be good for drinks in summer. Also a hairdryer.2 metro rides into town but doable if you're on a budget.
