I like that it has a game room and that it has themed rooms.

Didn't like that it wasn't stocked with anything. No salt and pepper, no cleaning supplies, only 1 washing pod for laundry, 2 pods for dishwasher. No extra blankets, towels or washcloths. The back bathroom smelled like body odor. Floors looked like they hadn't been mopped. Found hair in the sheets in bedroom.

Property was easy to find and in a central location. Great communication from property agents. It has provided everything you need for a night. If staying longer I recommend you take extra toilet roll/kitchen towel etc

We couldn't manually adjust the temperature from the thermostat inside the house. It had missing batteries? I reached out to the agency who offered to send a technician. Needs a little maintenance overall. Games room and handles in doors etc.

The property was very well kept, clean and a beautiful property. The rooms were comfortable. The game room was great. The response for any questions was very quick.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the price for heating the pool was going to be expensive. We were scheduled to be there for a week from Friday to Friday, we reached out Saturday and they said the price to heat the pool would be $270 and they would be out until the following day which would have been Sunday and it would have taken 24-48 hours to heat and we were scheduled to leave Friday Morning so essentially we would be paying $270 and possibly only have the pool heated for 3 days. It was definitely too expensive. So that is definitely an expense that you have to plan on when renting the house. I have rented other properties that heating the pool was much less than it was at this property. That being said if you aren’t really going to use the pool too much the house is definitely worth renting. I lost this because if you aren’t a family that plans on using the pool this is something that you should plan on. I myself would still rent the house. That is how much we enjoyed the house even without using the pool.

Open living, comfortable beds and clean linen, lovely area to sit at pool, children enjoyed games room, and visits from the local cranes.

Maybe a use of a bbq but we were able to rent so easily fixed.
