About this villa rental
After a hectic day at one of the theme parks, a lazy day at the beach or perhaps just time spent around the swimming pool, relax in this brand new beautiful villa with conservation views.
Situated in a gated community near to Champions Gate this recently completed house boasts 7 bedrooms with en suites (2 bedrooms sharing one as a 'Jack and Jill') a large private swimming pool and deck area, Ideal for those long, hot, sunny days.
The ground floor has a comfortable lounge area with a 65" smart TV in front of 2 leather sofas and easy chairs, connecting to the dining area where there is a table with eight chairs. Stools giving seating for a further four people are available at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a dish washer, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, hob and microwave. There are large patio doors leading from the dining area to the pool and deck. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one a master with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, the other with a queen bed and an en suite with shower cubical.
Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, another master with a king size bed and two with queen beds, all with en suites. The other bedroom with a queen bed joins with a bathroom to another bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms enjoy smart TVs. There is also a wash room with both a washing machine and dryer. In the middle of the upper level/loft there is a full size pool table together with a large 'L' shaped leather sofa in front of another 65" smart TV.
A sizeable communal swimming pool is also available at the Shires together with tennis courts, fitness centre and clubhouse.
The property is fully air conditioned and has both cable TV and Wi-Fi available and is maintained by a local professional management company.
Situated in one of Davenport's best loved locations, The Shires at West Haven is located only a short distance from many of Orlando's famous theme parks. With Highway I4 only minutes away by car, there is easy access to shopping malls, numerous restaurants, and many other attractions including Kennedy Space Center, Tampa's Busch Gardens and beautiful Floridian beaches only approximately one hour drive away, making this your ideal holiday home.

The AC did not work in several bedrooms in the house. It appears the AC would not go lower than 72. It was fine during the day, but the nights were very warm. Additionally, it is probably time to replace the family room furniture. We have stayed at this location several time over the years and the reclining parts of the sofa did not work. We check the outlet, and it was plugged in so not sure why it did not work. But overall, it is a beautiful home, and we enjoyed ourselves.

Overall it was a great stay! The only problems was the refrigerator leaked which caused my son to fall from the water on the floor and the other problem it was hot in the house due to the heat index outside it should been turn down more but everything else was wonderful,

While this house is large and clean, it definitely could use some updating! To be more specific, carpet, rugs, and paint on walls. We paid the extra money to have the hot tub and pool heated and it was not warm enough for us to get in. The hot tub and pool are the same temperature and water was just too cold with paying extra for heated. We were not able to use either one. I did call and tell them and they said it was heated but was really short with me. I expected them to offer a refund for the heating since we could not use it but they did not.
