About this house rental
Entrance hall into Dining Room and additional Sitting Room, dining table with seating for 6.
Leading through to the Family Room with large screen tv, patio doors to the Lanai and Pool Deck. The Kitchen consists of all stainless-steel appliances and breakfast table that seats 4 with a further 3 seats at the breakfast bar. Utility Room with Full washer and dryer. Games Room for family fun with a foosball table and a pool table.
Upstairs a large King Master Bedroom with flat screen TV, Ensuite Bathroom comprising of a garden tub (bath) , walk in shower, double vanity and separate toilet. Patio Doors to the Balcony, with seating for relaxing with a drink, reading a book or relaxing in the evening.
Guest Queen Bedroom, with TV.
Family Bathroom with combo tub/shower, toilet and vanity.
Two Twin Bedrooms with two twin beds in each (single beds) both with TV's. Office area, for catching up with emails.
The patio doors in the family room lead out to the lanai with patio table and chairs, for enjoying brunch in the shade. The Pool deck has sunbeds for relaxing in the Florida sun, while enjoying the pool and spa. This property is not overlooked being an end house in a cul-de sac.
A Long driveway for parking several vehicles. No RV's or trailers as per the HOA Guidelines. Towing is enforced for any on street parking overnight, No parking on sidewalks (pavements) or grass lawns.

Utilized the house for 2 months of warmth in Florida. House was great with the pool for our stay. It backs up to a preserve (saw a bunch of wildlife) and has a retention pond on one side so it was nice and quiet. Ample driveway parking when we had visitors. Had a couple of issues upon arrival but they were there quickly to take care of them. Alot of golf courses in the area. Only issue was the traffic once you leave the complex but that comes with the location.

Enjoyed the place but the air conditioning is locked out to only be set at 72 or higher. Property owner said that if temp is turned down lower than that pipes freeze. Seems like a cost saving measure to me. It was hot sleeping upstairs. Other than that it was a very nice place that was clean and well cared for.

House is in a great location at the end of a cul de sac which made it feel very private. Property owner was easy to get a hold of and attentive when needed. Pool and jacuzzi was great. Would definitely stay here again.
