Plusy: - duże zadbane patio z meblami ogrodowymi - świetna kuchnia i wyposażenie (dużo blatu, piekarnik, mikrofala, ekspres na kapsułki tassimo, sokowirówka, mikser - wszystko działające w dobrym stanie) - dwa telewizory, z czego jeden 60 cali z Netflix - fajne nagłośnienie (wieża) Philips z połączeniem Bluetooth do telefonu - wygodne łóżko - fajny klimat - spokojna okolica, mało turystyczna
- mało okien, w domu panuje półmrok, ale jest to rekompensowane przez patio - nie działała zmywarka - brak wywietrznika w łazience - dość odległa lokalizacja od atrakcji - drugie piętro jest niezrobione, a szkoda bo mogłoby być tam świetne solarium z widokiem na morze
