small 3 story building, well kept tropical garden, qiuet area just outside of 'La Longera', 5 minutes walk to downtown where you find all stores, restaurants & pubs, banks, bakery, butcher & a shoe maker.
The 65 m² Apt. has a specious livingroom with dining area and open kitchen, bathroom with shower & bath tub, bedroom is a king size. Sunny 25m² terracce plus lawn area. The Apt. was renovated recently, furniture are new and accommodate the tropical invironment. Provided is Satellite TV & Radio, Cd-player & Cd's, books unfortunately only in german.The underground garage can be reached by staircase or elevator.
3 km distance to 'Playa Jardin', one of the most attractive beaches in the noth (fine black sand), designed by 'Cesar Manrique'.

Yes, we agree this is a pleasant and very comfortable apartment, with all necessary facilities, and very well maintained. The patio/garden is very attractive and parking was easy. A car is necessary, but with one we were able to get onto the motorway, or up to the mountains relatively easily. We enjoyed three trips to the El Teide National Park for walking, and one to the Anaga mountains. We also enjoyed the coastal walk near the property. A little more guidance on the exact location of the apartment on the website,as the last reviewer suggested, and on buses into Puerto de la Cruz at the property, would have been helpful. All the financial arrangements were perfectly straightforward and easy to deal with.

This property is attractive, clean, well equipped and well maintained. It is close to the motorway and is thus a good base for exploring northern Tenerife. The customer service was good and the payment arrangements worked well. It is however not clear from the website where the apartment is located. It is actually within walking distance of "Toscal Longuera" a small urban area which has shops,banks, bars, restaurants etc. It is not near a beach and a few minutes drive away from Puerto de la Cruz and any other tourist attractions. A car is essential, therefore.
