About this cottage rental
Old house. Living room (fireplace with free wood) with kitchenette, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm, child's bed). Electric heating included. Terrace. 600 m² enclosed garden. Public charging station and electric vehicle rental 2 km away.
The owner owns another cottage in the same town, 2 km away: reference G606. Mr. Gaudemer is in charge of reception for both cottages.
A 4G dongle is available for Wi-Fi.
Small dogs welcome upon request.

On the edge of Suisse Normande, at the gates of Clécy and close to the Roche d'Oëtre (rail bike, miniature train, paragliding), this cottage enjoys an ideal location bordered by a long-distance hiking trail. Numerous walking trails are available in the town. Located equidistant from Mont St. Michel, the Perche region, and the D-Day landing beaches.
The price includes: Electricity, but up to a maximum of 50 kWh per day in the middle of winter. If this is exceeded, a supplement may be requested at the end of the stay.
