Rental Cabourg (Normandy) apartment F2 50 m² comfortable 1 to 6 people with WIFI, on the ground floor (private terrace of 23 m²) 100 meters from the beach.
Cabourg, seaside town located on the Normandy coast, 200 km from Paris, 18 km from Deauville, 23 km from Caen. Access by the SNCF station direction Deauville or Caen.

50 m² 2 room apartment + 1 cabin, up to 6 people, garden level, direct access to the beach (100m), marine decor, elevator including:
- 2 entrances: one through the residence and one through the terrace on the ground floor through the glass door.
- An independent kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, oven / microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster).
- A living room / lounge (with TV-TNT, a convertible sofa bed 160x200) overlooking:
- A 23 m² private terrace on the ground floor (sheltered from the wind AND sunny from noon to 8:30 p.m. in summer sun, with chairs and garden table + deckchairs) by which you reach the beach at the aid station # 5.
- A bedroom (a 140x190 double bed + a 90x190 single bed) with garden view.
- A cabin bedroom (a single bed 90x170).
- An umbrella bed.
- A bathroom (bathtub + washing machine).
- A separate toilet.
- AN UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION via WIFI,
- iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner, furniture and storage shelves.
To PARK: lots of FREE spaces all around the Cap Cabourg residence all year round on Avenue Pasteur and Avenue Durand Morimbau. +++ facility to park all year round except the large WEEKENDS of July and August.

LAST MINUTE RENTAL (less than a week before the start of the stay): collection of keys in Rouen (Haute Normandie) or on site in Cabourg, delivery of keys by an agency (60 euros extra).

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- When booking = sending the rental contract by email which must be returned signed with your deposit checks + deposit 50% of the rent collected directly, the rest will be cashed 3 weeks before the start of the stay.
- Mandatory deposit of € 450 + € 95 cleaning deposit (checks not cashed) to be sent by mail at the same time as the signed contract. The deposit will be returned to you no later than two weeks after your stay, subject to having carried out the departure cleaning and to having returned the premises in accordance with the entry inventory, to have returned the keychain to me By letter.
- The receipt, the keys, the access plan as well as the entry inventory of the apartment will be sent by post to your home 10 days before the start of your stay.
- The cleaning must be done by the tenant when he leaves (cleaning service possible for € 60 by notifying me in advance).
