About this cottage rental

Ground floor: living room with sitting area (wood-burning stove), kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and a travel cot.
Bathroom.
Separate WC.
Terrace.
1,500 m² enclosed garden with a fenced pond below.
Carport.
Large 180 m² covered area with a toilet, ping-pong table, foosball table, and various games (badminton, etc.).
Family meals can be arranged under this covered area: €150 supplement (payable directly to the owner) for the use of tables and chairs (up to 50 people). Electric vehicle charging station 10km away (no outlet on site; if plugged in, there is a €10 surcharge per charge).
For business travelers, cleaning is mandatory. Set on a 50-hectare property, this fully renovated cottage is surrounded by fields in a very peaceful setting.
