About this house rental
Located near L'Aigle, this charming 19th-century farmhouse, built in the traditional architectural style of the Pays d'Ouche, was completely renovated over 30 years ago and transformed into a delightful little country manor.
It is a remarkable property in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation and spending time with family or friends.
Just a stone’s throw from the village bakery, this property is centered around a flower-filled courtyard and set within a lovely wooded park.
The main house is perfect for hosting guests, whether it’s a large family, artist retreats, or seminars.
Almost all of its 10 bedrooms feature their own private bathroom (with a toilet).
The dining room is spacious enough for large gatherings, with its 4.5-meter-long table.
The living room, equipped with a 75-inch TV and a magnificent, fully functional fireplace, can comfortably accommodate about twenty people on its cozy sofa.
You can also relax in the 40-square-meter sunroom, which is furnished like a true additional living space.
The custom-built kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, has just been completed. It is fully stocked with tableware (white porcelain) and glassware (water, white wine, red wine) for 20–24 people. Adjacent to it is an utility kitchen (accessible directly from outside) with a chest freezer and a walk-in cooler.
From the terrace at the back of the house, sheltered by the large veranda, you can enjoy views of the spring garden and the park.
In the courtyard stand two mirror-image pavilions, one of which has been converted into a guest house for 6 people (2 rooms each sleeping 3) with its own kitchenette, shower, and restroom. This guest house can be added to your rental for an additional fee.
The courtyard is also flanked by two large outbuildings housing a working bread oven, an old wine press, a laundry room, impressive attics, and stables (which can be rented if you wish to bring your horse).
The 300-square-meter vegetable garden—a veritable botanical garden with its many rose bushes—is sure to delight your taste buds.

La maison est parfaite pour des vacances coupées du monde. Avec toutes ses commodités, elle répond à tous les besoins : elle est toute équipée ! Elle est propre, belle et magnifiquement décorée.
La communication avec les propriétaires est rapide et agréable, Yann et Natacha sont des hôtes tout à fait qualifiés pour accueillir de grands groupes.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend à une quinzaine de personnes pour un anniversaire dans cette maison magnifique. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Maison parfaitement équipée et chaleureuse (plein de salles de bain, toilettes, cuisine, mobilier intérieur et extérieur permettant de faire des grandes tablées).
Nous sommes beaucoup restés dehors (l’extérieur étant encore mieux qu’en photo), grâce à la belle terrasse mais aussi sous la véranda quand il faisait plus frais. Grand BBQ, des fatboy, table de ping-pong, boules de petanque et une verdure à perte de vue qui viennent parfaire les moments passées dehors. Maison très bien insonorisée également, de telle sorte que nous pouvions mettre la musique fort sous la véranda sans empêcher les chambres de l’autre façade de dormir.
Natacha, notre hôte, a été très disponible avant l’arrivée et à l’arrivée. Elle connaît bien le quartier et saura vous présenter les multitudes de choses à voir.
L’endroit idéal pour s’évader en famille ou entre amis!
