This magnificent and modern apartment is located in the heart of one of the city's most prestigious areas. Just a short stroll from the famous Via del Corso and Piazza del Popolo, Flatinrome Corso offers an unparalleled stay experience.
The apartment is a rarity in the historic center due to its generous size of nearly 160 square meters, making it perfect for medium to long term stays or for those seeking ample space for their holidays. Situated on the first floor, the apartment is bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows. And the gem? After a few steps, there is an elevator, a real rarity in the historic center of Rome, making it accessible even to people with reduced mobility.
Inside, you'll find 5 spacious double bedrooms, 4 of which feature comfortable pocket sprung mattresses that can be separated into twin beds upon request, each measuring 80x200 cm. One bedroom boasts a charming French bed measuring 140x200 cm.
The large and bright dining room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, allows you to cook and enjoy meals together. Additionally, the 3 bathrooms, including 2 with showers, reduce wait times and make the stay even more comfortable for all guests. This luxury apartment lacks nothing: air conditioning is present in all rooms, and fast WiFi internet keeps you connected to the world. Thanks to the home automation system, you can check in independently at any time of day or night, after the cleaning procedures, of course.
Despite its central location, the limited traffic area "Tridente" is just a few meters away, the apartment is easily accessible by car at any hour. You can park in the nearby parking garage, right next to the building. Feel free to ask us for further details on a daily rate discount! Furthermore, the proximity to the "Flaminio" metro station and the bus and tram network makes it easy to connect even if you arrive in Rome by plane or train.
Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.

The apartment is very well located to visit Rome, at the en of via del Corso and piazza populo. There is everything you need in the area in terms of groceries, coffee, take away etc.The apartment itself is very spacious, the rooms are big. We were 10 people staying and it was perfect. It is very clean and calm.Also the host did his best during our stay.
