Urban Retreat is a beautifully renovated luxury cottage in the exclusive Great Waters community at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this lakeside retreat offers panoramic lake views from nearly every room and is just a short walk to the Great Waters Marina, neighborhood pool, tennis courts, and sandy beach.
The main level of the cottage features an open-concept living space with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, farmhouse sink, Cuisinart coffee maker and grinder, and dining for up to eight. A hidden wet bar is perfect for evening cocktails, while the inviting living room, reading nook, fireplace, and multiple TVs provide plenty of space to relax. Outside, enjoy Adirondack chairs, a backyard swing, croquet, and grilling on the Big Green Egg overlooking the lake. A powder room and full laundry room add convenience.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature private en-suite baths with travertine walk-in showers. David, the host, was amazing to work with. Exceptionally nice, helpful, and quick to answer questions. The community is gorgeous , and the views from the house of the lake are amazing. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom too!
