Set in Gulch View -- a prime location near downtown -- this urban escape is minutes from the city’s incredible music scene, fantastic dining, shopping, and nightlife hotspots. Luxe amenities include a beautifully landscaped courtyard and a seasonal pool in the heart of the building (open May-October, weather permitting).
Pairing contemporary style with a sustainable design, the breathtaking views from the extraordinary windows provide effortless natural light.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with full bathroom attached.

Our stay at the condo was just right for a wonderful visit to Nashville.
The condo was clean, spacious and a comfortable place to be.
It is walking distance to Broadway, (if you don’t mind a half hour walk) the neighborhood was safe and quiet. There is a great little bar/restaurant next door called The Greenlight, that has very affordable food and drinks.There were a few small issues, only one that really pertains to the owner; the gym was not air conditioned, (tough to workout), the pool was not heated. I know these are first world problems, but not what we expected. The owner was a little slow to respond sometimes, again, not a big problem, but often you just want to get a question answered. When they did respond they were always very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
