The Space:
Step inside and experience a bright, airy home with a light, modern design and thoughtful touches throughout. You’ll find:
4 spacious bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms — ideal for up to 12 guests with plenty of privacy and comfort.
Comfortable, well-appointed living areas perfect for gathering after a day of exploring Nashville.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals — coffee, cookware, and complimentary essentials included for your convenience.
High-speed WiFi, smart lock self check-in, and dedicated workspace — ideal for remote work or travel planning.
Expansive rooftop deck with downtown skyline views — the highlight of the home and perfect for sunset cocktails, morning coffee, or Nashville photo ops.
Every detail has been curated for comfort and ease — from quality linens to thoughtful guest amenities designed to make your stay effortless and enjoyable.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Location is amazing. You can walk rent a scooter/bike or uber/lift with little wait time. It was very quiet neighborhood.The photos do not do it justice. It has much more room and sleeping area than we could have expected.Clean and very well stocked. Easy for dine in or close to amenities.The beds were comfortable and provided a great night sleep.Thank you for having us in your rental.

Enjoyed this location, very convenient to the grocery store, Gulch, Broadway. Able to use Uber/Lift for low cost. Plenty of sleeping space, lacking a full body mirror, but really great that each bedroom had it's own bathroom.
