The space
This listing is for a 2 bedroom unit at the resort. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms have a bathroom, and there is a third full bathroom in the living space as well as a sofa bed.
Guest access
In addition to your unit, you will have access to a variety of restaurants, bars, pools, on-site shopping, and the beach.
Other things to note
All inclusive is available for an additional price set by the resort. You can purchase all inclusive for a minimum of 3 days, but all the all inclusive days, must be consecutive.
The Area
Cancun is nestled between the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Chichen Itza--both are fantastic day trip excursions. Garza Blanca is also directly across from Isla Mujers and next to the ferry. Garza Blanca is well off the beaten path and right next to preserved jungle. Whether you are into nature excursions, a day of shopping, or relaxing at the pool or beach--it's all within reach.
Resort Fees
The resort charges a service fee of $8 USD per night. Quintana Roo Municipal Government charges an Environment Sanitation Fee to all resort guests in the amount of $26.06 MXP (about $2 USD) per reservation per night. These are payable at check out, along with other incidentals.
All travelers 15 years of age or older are required to pay a Visitax tourist fee of 224 MXP (about $11 USD) per person when visiting Quintana Roo. Travelers can pay this fee online or at the airport in Cancun.
