It was a delicious variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and selections to choose from daily.

The rooms were extremely humid and had a musty odor.

We were a group of 12 and the hotel was lively and had plenty to do. Nice coffee shop which was open all day for speciality coffees, sandwiches and pastries which were great. The main Buffett restaurant had a good varied choice and the food was tasty. Ice-cream was also available most of the day. Staff were great especially the entertainment team.

To say the hotel is only 6 years old the rooms were tired and in need of updating - We reserved 4 rooms near the beach front all next to each other as we were extended family travelling and wanted to be together (this was $275 per room due at the hotel), however on arrival these rooms were not allocated and all seperate, but we were still asked to pay the additional money. I argued with the staff member to say the only reason we reserved rooms was to be next to each other and as we were scattered across 3 blocks I would not be paying the extra money. Luckily I had the email showing the 4 rooms we’d reserved so the Manager agreed to waiver the charges - The Music around the main pool was very loud making it difficult to talk to the person next to you - Lots of empty cups lying around all over the place. - People were out at 5.30am reserving sunbed

The activity options for kids

The junior suite swim out had so many gnats in the bathroom and in the sleeping area. Mosquitos had a heavy presence in the room and we killed them and gnats the entire stay. The shower was clearly not thoroughly and the bath robes that were hanging in the closet had yellow stains on it.
