Amazing hotel, amazing location, beautiful beach and very helpful staff including our awesome butlers Trinidad and Juan!

Food quality was just OK comparing to some other high-end hotels, especially if someone needs gluten free options. Some meals were excellent, but not all. We had a water outage in the building, which was a little inconvenient (one evening). There was a long line to get custom coffee, with an option to pour regular coffee without the line, but the regular coffee was usually empty with about a 20 minute wait to have it refilled. We had star class, so we started getting coffee in the other building (23 I think) - and that was awesome with no wait - we definitely recommend “star class”. No place is perfect, and this hotel is not full 5 stars, but a solid 4,5, and definitely one of the best in Cancun for people who have children - we highly recommend it!

There was plenty to do for both adults & kids during the day & evenings.

We did have a room that was extremely on the musty side. We had requested a dehumidifier right away when we arrived like many comments have posted. We had to dump that dehumidifier bucket numerous times when we were in the room and at least four times through the middle of the night. Towards the last couple days of our stay, it got really musty in there and humid, and our clothes in our suitcases became damp and started acquiring a smell.

Great theme of the hotel, cinema is a great touch. The rooms are comfortable.

The all-inclusive package was underwhelming. Food was very cheap and low quality, lacking variety and flavor. The property is in need of maintenance, especially the worn-out pool chairs. Staff was polite but not as warm or attentive as in other parts of Mexico. Overall, the experience felt overpriced, and there are definitely better options available in the same price range. Wouldn’t return.
