Your one-bedroom residential suite offers all the amenities of a high-end home with a full kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, living room, and private balcony. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and the ensuite has a large soaking tub, a walk-in rain shower, and double vanity. An additional sleeper sofa is located in the living room area, and your private balcony includes a hammock and a table for 4.
This residential suite has televisions with cable, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a stack washer/dryer. You will also have access to the Signature Gourmet Restaurants, bars and lounges, a snack bar, outdoor swimming pools including a children's pool, outdoor hot tubs, adult only relaxation area, fitness facility, beach umbrellas, chairs and hammocks, paddle boarding equipment, kayaks, beach volleyball, kids club and spa service.
The property also offers a small grocery/convenience store and a coffee shop. Enjoy the luxury resort of Garza Blanca that commands a prime site in the tranquil Playa Mujeres neighborhood. Playa Mujeres Golf Club, designed by Greg Norman, is just a short cab ride away.

1. Daily Resort Fee $6.00 USD Per Day charged by the resort at check-out.
2. Quintana Roo Municipal Government charges an Environment Sanitation Fee Per Guest, Per Day in the amount of approx. $1.50 USD (28.86 MX Pesos) for beach maintenance and preservation, and is also charged by the resort at check-out.
The resort charges will vary by reservation based on nights booked, room size, number of guests and daily currency fluctuations of the MX Peso. For example, an average stay of 5 nights for 4 guests would be approximately $14 USD/night, $70 for the 5 night stay.
Unfortunately, to comply with VRBO's policy to have all resort fees charged at the time of booking, we must now charge guests an up front Property Fee of $14 per night to cover the fees that will be charged by the resort at check-out. The Property Fee will be refunded back to guests within 24-48 hours after check-in to apply to the actual fees charged by the resort at check-out.
