It is the "baby" of our Mews.
Refurbished recently to a high standard with examples of the hosts eye for detail throughout. Small and economic, perfect for one but still a good size room comfortable enough for two if you don't mind to share the space.
Recommended to a solo adventurer, Business traveller or leisure.
The private entrance ensures that your stay is uninterrupted and you can come and go as you please.

The Property is located in a tucked away/private road behind a main road in the Town Centre in a Residential area.
A convenient location with local amenities on its doorstep such as the famous "De La Warr Pavilion" today a centre for contemporary art – which has featured the work of Andy Warhol, Cerith Wyn Evans and Richard Wilson amongst others – and an auditorium, where Bob Marley had his first UK appearance and has since seen performances by Elvis Costello, Goldfrapp, Ray Davies, Years & Years, Patti Smith and Laurie Anderson.
The Promenade, just across the road, offers stunning sea views along the coast towards Eastbourne and Hastings.
A short stroll will take you to any kind of dining and drinking experience, plenty of cafes, galleries, boutiques and Egerton Park with many attractions on offer that appeal to children and Families. This property is very quiet fantastic, behind the shops off the main road. It's very clean and well managed. With double bed bedding and towels provided (spotlessly clean with a shower, kitchenette c/w microwave oven, toaster, kettle, small fridge freezer and sink bowl. With a small cupboard under stairs with an iron, upright fan and floor mop. A table with two chairs room enough to eat comfortably if you wish too. There is a television above the table with remote control. Enter is via key safe by front door, and host is quick to answer any questions and has a pack on the table with parking information on road or close to apartment on seafront, restaurants and places of interest during your stay. With larger apartments in the same building.We enjoyed our stay in Bexhill-on-Sea with Bex-let very much. John and Suzie

Couldn't be closer to De La War Pavilion. Room is spacious and had everything I needed for a short stay; bathroom is quite tiny but worked fine. Bed was comfy and bedding was spotless clean. Roberto met me on arrival and he was very welcoming.
Bexhill is a lovely little town to visit too. I recommend.

The apartment was immaculately clean and presented, with under counter fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster and Kettle with a table and chairs with ample room to eat in and sink to washup. The ensuite with corner shower, toilet and basin, is small and functional. The bed is a firm double with wall to one side, with downlights wall lights and reading lamps at bedhead.
A small well priced apartment very close to the seafront and the De La Warr Pavilion, with bars and restaurants close by.
