Very clean, cosy little place and just a stone throw from the beach, amazing communication with the owner.

The studio is in the town centre, close to shops, the beach and the De La Warr Pavilion. It is not far from the station. It was okay for a single night stay.
It is very small and the bed is squashed into a corner. The noise from upstairs and the bed were not conducive to a good night’s sleep! On the whole it was nice and clean but some of the cutlery was sticky. Washing up liquid was provided but no drainer or teatowel.

The space and location was great, its so central and the studio had everything I needed for a short business trip. Roberto was an amazing host too.
The WiFi was a little bit difficult to connect too but Roberto was straight onto it as soon as I let him know and put in a booster/extension straight away.

The location of the flat
There was a damp smell in the flat and a small amount of mold in the bathroom.
