This comfortable, ground-floor flat is 50m from the elegant De La Warr Pavilion entertainment centre. The local shops are two minutes away; and it's just a 10-minute walk to the train station, which travels into Victoria. The flat has one double bedroom but can accommodate three by virtue of the large lounge which has a stunning view across historic Pevensey Bay. There is a dining area, TV, and WiFi. Modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer section, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. Bed linen and towels provided. Available to rent from two nights or more. On-street parking opposite approx £2.00 per day. Discount available for long term stay. Details on request.

I would definitely recommend this lovely flat which is in a very good location in Bexhill; just over the road from the sea and the de la Warr Pavilion, easy walking distance to the main shopping area, the lovely Egerton Park and the excellent little museum. For the seafront location, the road is less busy with cars and pedestrians than you might expect, the flat was very quiet, especially at night, with the bedroom overlooking the garden at the back. The living room I love...it is very spacious with so much sunlight coming through the large windows (which was from dawn until dusk the weeks I stayed) with a view of the sea. There is a large tv and digital radio, two shelves full of books and - a real bonus - a digital piano. The bed was so comfortable; such soft bedding, it was like sleeping inside a cloud. There was plenty of drawer space in the bedroom (with a good strong hairdryer in one) plus extra towels & bed linen. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and the cooker is that ideal combination of electric fan oven and a gas hob. I would say it is perfect for two people, very spacious...although I think you could sleep more, there is a futon. It is on the ground floor with, maybe, 5 steps up to the front door? I think the seafront is very clean, plenty of seats, two seafront kiosks for coffee & ice creams and, of course, the lovely colonnade in front of the Pavilion. The 99 bus runs along that whole coastline to Eastbourne and Brighton or Hastings the other way.

THE PROPERTY IS WELL EQUIPPED, SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, CLEAN AND INVITING. WE HAD A GREAT TIME ENJOYING SEA VIEW AS WE ATE AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAING.

Perfectly located and we were lucky enough to get some winter sunshine, beautiful light in the large lounge, very happy to just sit and watch the sea. Croissants for breakfast were a nice touch. The flat was nice an warm, and is a character property, more like staying in a second home rather than an minimalist holiday let. Parking outside very easy. Great location for exploring Hastings and Rye, only wish we could have stayed a few extra days.
