Bright large double with sole use lovely separate bath only

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely lovely stay — characterful home and incredible hospitality I was working in construction down in Bexley for just a couple of days, and sadly only had a very short stay here — but I completely fell in love with this beautiful house. It’s full of such wonderful character and charm, truly a special place. Michelle, who runs the house, was just amazing — so kind and incredibly accommodating from the start. What really touched me...! knowing I had to leave very early in the morning, she actually got up to make sure I was all set and okay! I was honestly a bit embarrassed she’d go to that trouble so early, but it just shows how thoughtful and caring she is. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth. Even though my time here was brief, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. On my 1st night I had the pleasure of jumping into the bath and just relaxing watching the bubbles pop. All intension of a quick jog down to the coast. But.. after the bath a wee jameson shot, just sunk into the luxurious bed and I was gone. The night was over. Thank you, Michelle — I’d definitely stay again if work brings me back this way!

I didn't like that I couldn't stay. Longer.

This was a room in a house with a private washroom adjacent to the room. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Michelle was an excellent host and whe even gave a larger room Definitely recommended. Thanks Michelle.

Not much to dislike here.

Warm welcome and a lovely room, with tea/coffee and some biscuits and snacks. Very comfy bed and fab bathroom

A little chilly overnight for me, I like my room warmer. Also, some heavier window dressing to keep out the morning light and also possibly kept any warmth in.

Beautiful quirky period property, extremely comfortable, fabulous hosts, very accommodating whilst allowing full privacy. A fantastic stay.
