The toilet in the unit below us flooded, the renter had to come and tell us please do not use it when we got back from breakfast. Then 4 hrs later the plumber asked us not to use and shut our water off for awhile. We could not use the Master bath all of Sunday and Monday when we left.
Just wish management had contacted us

The place was great. The location couldn’t be any better all the shops and restaurants. I just outside the door and it’s only a five minute walk to the quieter part of the beach.

This place was great! It had two full bathrooms, one ensuite and one in the hall. It is also so convenient to restaurants, shops, and the beach! I parked my car in the lot when we got there and I did not have to get back in my car until we left. Totally walkable area! There was a beach wagon, chairs, and pool noodles available for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the in-unit washer and dryer were awesome! The whole place was so comfortable. We were so close to restaurants that had live music, cute coffee shops (if you visit Siesta Key, you should check out Project Coffee, their coffee, pastries, and breakfasts are soooooo good) and beach access! Throughout my stay, if I needed anything I would text the number of the host company and I got a helpful response within a minute or two. I cannot recommend this property enough!
