The condo is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and rests in Siesta Key Village where you will find lots of great dining, amazing shops, coffee houses and night life are steps away. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. The beach and ocean with the turquoise water was beautiful. The unit was well maintained and very comfortable. Communication and access for the property was easy. I would come back.

This is by far one of our favorite places we have stayed. The house had everything you needed especially for the beach. Traveling from far to a beach vacation can be stressful with all of the stuff you need and they had it all. Beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas toys for the kids to play with and all in great shape not run down. The pool was immaculate and such a cute little area. The rental was very clean and well stocked and so cute. The location can’t be beat walking distance to the beach and downtown in the heart of siesta key. It was perfect and made our trip to find such a great spot. We can’t wait for next year we will be back!

The property itself is great location wise for siesta key beaches and downtown. The structure itself is pretty well kept up with bathrooms, kitchen, structure, etc. The only reason this is a 3 and not a 5 is that the beds are absolutely horrible. The queen in the master dips badly and while it has a 2 inch foam pad on top, it doesn’t really help. The pull out couch where our teenager slept was unusable with a metal bar sticking up. We purchased and left a blow up mattress which is presently the most comfortable option in the condo. The noise from the upstairs condo was pretty bad a couple of nights but it’s spring break and to be expected.
