The condo is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and rests in Siesta Key Village where you will find lots of great dining, amazing shops, coffee houses and night life are steps away. The beach and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico is also about a 5 minute walk. You don't need a car. Your vacation destination is here!

This condo had many conveniences for our weekend stay ~ enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days, plenty of pool towels and shower towels, plus beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.. It was very clean and a five minute walk to beach. Easy to walk to all restaurants, market, ice cream and coffee shop (Mojo Risin’ is great coffee shop!). Communication was outstanding also- highly recommend this property.

Impeccably clean, comfortable unit. Amazingly close location to Siesta Key Village and all of the restaurants, bars, etc…It was just a 1 minute walk to Gilligan’s and Mojo Risin coffee shop. Even the Siesta Market grocery store is just a 2 minute walk away. Great beach walking proximity too. I’d definitely stay again.

Place was clean, had all essentials, beach chairs/wagon were a plus. Perfect location to the beach and our fav spot Mojo Risin!

The property itself is great location wise for siesta key beaches and downtown. The structure itself is pretty well kept up with bathrooms, kitchen, structure, etc. The only reason this is a 3 and not a 5 is that the beds are absolutely horrible. The queen in the master dips badly and while it has a 2 inch foam pad on top, it doesn’t really help. The pull out couch where our teenager slept was unusable with a metal bar sticking up. We purchased and left a blow up mattress which is presently the most comfortable option in the condo. The noise from the upstairs condo was pretty bad a couple of nights but it’s spring break and to be expected.
