This is THE location! Just steps to the Village Cafe and the Hub Bar and Grille, and a short walk to the beach 3.5 Blocks to the Beach. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath beautifully updated property offers a coastal theme and open floor plan. A queen size sofa bed is included for the overnight guest. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully supplied kitchen and a Keurig machine add to the feel of this house. Primary suite with full bath, large family dining room looking over the canal. Enjoy grilling out, playing a game of corn hole or fish on the canal. This home is pet friendly. NOTE: There is a $250 fee for up to 2 dogs. Must state you are bringing a pet at time of inquiry/booking. An additional $100 will be charged if not notified about pet. The canal and pool area is a shared space with our other location - Unit A (VRBO# 1077749). Need more rooms? The Units are attached, but have separate private entrances. There are no shared walls to any rooms of the Units. For guest safety, there are outside security cameras, including the pool area. Unit is smoke free. No smoking is permitted inside the units. Enjoy your stay!! :-)
Note: The pool temperature is dependent and subject to the outside temperature during the cooler months in Florida. When the temperature dips into the low 60’s and below during the evening, the pool may not get up to a comfortable temperature during the day.

This house was amazing location and pet friendly, which was something that was very hard to come by in this area. Plenty of space for me and my husband and two kids. The pool was great. We didn’t mind sharing with the neighbors at all. It was nice to encounter others as they came along. Everything was super clean new and updated. Lots of light in all the different rooms like little cozy corners to hang out in. The bedding was super comfortable, though the master bedroom could’ve had a larger bed. It was also super nice to have a bath as well as a shower in case the kids wanted to clean off in a tub. Having hardwood and tile throughout really helped with the dog I didn’t have to worry about having a mess anywhere. Highly recommended we would stay again.

Older property but well maintained. Plenty of room with a large dining area. Loved the pool. Short drive to the beach - just a little to far for us to walk. We forgot to bring our chairs so really appreciated the beach chairs that were provided. We loved having restaurants and music within a short walk.Family was very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely wonderful we rented the golf cart but honestly we would not have even needed it. Space was open, with plenty of room for our guests. Only downside was on our last day the housekeeping was there at 8:30 opening the garage up and definitely rushing us to get out, when checkout was at 10. We had a late flight to begin with so our plan was to leave around 950 but they started coming in the garage when we were all in there doing laundry etc.

We had a great time! The house was a great location and super close to downtown siesta key. The only issue for us as parents of young kids; was the noise from the teenagers riding around bumping their bass.
That kept us up several nights:(
The pool was great! My kids loved it. I do however wish there was a direct door from the unit to the pool. We had to walk around to side of house to enter.
Overall it was a great vacation:)
