We took our in-laws to Mountain View for the weekend and joined other family. The Tate House was very clean and the layout was perfect. We enjoyed cards around the table and the Mexican restaurant a few blocks away was delicious. We would stay here again.

One bedroom had a tv....and it did not work. TV did not get local channels....we were under tornado warning and bad weather and relied on our eyea. Microfiber sheets...which I hate. Clean and comfortable beds. Photo of owners in LR. T

Went to Mountain View recently for a motorcycle rally great place to stay great location only downside the garage was not available.

Overall the stay was great! We had a couple of mishaps at the start. The key was missing, the temp in the house was hot on a 98-degree day and took a lot to get it to cool down. The WiFi password is incorrect on VRBO but they had it listed in the home. The layout is really cute and the bed was comfortable in the main room. The home was close to everything, minutes from Walmart and most restaurants! We stayed in Mt. View in 2009 and wanted to come back and will likely return and if this place is available stay here the next time.

We found the house to be very clean, cozy, and comfortable!! The location is absolutely a 10/10. Minutes from everything we planned to do, with the exception of a very short drive to Blanchard springs caverns. It did take a good while for the AC to cool the place off. I completely understand turning it up when nobody is there, just try to get there right at check in and get it cooling down. The back bed room stayed quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house, but we found a fan and my 4 year old slept fine. All in all we truly enjoyed the house. I’m not sure how it could be so close to everything but still so peaceful. We will come back to Mountain View, and will be trying to stay here again!!

House smelled humid, air conditioner was off,curtains had spider webs. Bathrooms had dust one of the rooms might have bedbugs due to a family member having marks of something that been biting them. Tried contacting the property owner by calling the number provided with Mrs. Lee but no answer, left voicemail and she never bothered returning our call. So overall house seemed a bit dirty as if it was abandoned.

This property more than adequately met our needs while attending the music festival. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. All of our questions were promptly answered and we really enjoyed our stay. If we return to this area, we would definitely rent this property again.
