About this cabin rental
The "Folk Cabin" is a secluded 2 Bedroom Modern Cabin with 2 Full Bathrooms located just beyond the Ozark Folk Center. Peaceful wooded setting located at the end of the road yet literally a couple of minutes from downtown. Location, Location, Location! Lost of wildlife in the area and we most always see deer from the front porch swing. The Rock fireplace (electric) in the living room sets the mood for your getaway in the mountains and puts off lots of heat with the heat feature turned on. The living room features an electric recliner as well as a reclining loveseat and sofa with recliners (talk about comfort). The master features a king bed and full bathroom and the second bedroom contains both a queen and full bed. The second full bath is located in the hall. There is a fire area outside with chairs to relax and wood for roasting marshmallows and smores. WIFI and cable TV are also provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer and dryer as well. We've also added a custom firepit with a swinging "cowboy cooker" grill grate for cooking!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the deer come out. Loved sitting on the porch rocking or in the swing, going out to the fire pit and relax. The cabin was beautiful. I was so glad to have the fireplace and I used it. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Very clean. We will most definitely be coming back

The cabin was exceptionally clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen den area was set up nicely and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch as well. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Mountain View. You just far out enough from town for peace and quiet and close enough for eating places and shopping.

We loved our stay at The Folk Cabin. It’s better than the pictures. So quiet and peaceful. It’s right around the bend from The Folk Center. It was very convenient. Will definitely book again.
