We stayed at Casa Del Mar for 9 nights. The house was very nice and very peaceful. The pool and terraces overlook the peninsular (there is at least 1 terrace on every room). The positioning of the house means the pool is completely private which was fantastic. The house actually has what I’d describe as two master bedrooms even the third is quite large with a king bed. There is also a separate office which was useful to take the odd work call. The beach is a steep short walk away maybe 10 mins 15 max or a few minutes drive. We never had an issue to find parking at the beach if you want to drive. The sunsets are amazing to watch from the house or beach. There is a lovely Marina with upscale restaurants or plenty of more local casual dining options around. Alexa our host was very responsive to our needs. We spent most of the time relaxing at the pool or beach but managed to fit in a fishing boat trip on the bay where we easily caught plenty catch and release fish and a red snapper to keep for dinner and also visited Leona Waterfalls (1.5 to 2 hours away). A lovely relaxing week away.

This is a very nice home in a nice neighborhood with amazing views from every room of multiple beaches and the Flamingo Marina. It is on a steep hill so did not appear very walkable to the beach but was a fun ride on a golf cart. Blue Zone property management set up the golf cart and a horse back riding beach tour for us and overall made check in and check out easy. It appeared that no one had stayed in the house for a while and it needed some maintenance and cleaning touch ups before we arrived. Blue Zone addressed most of the issues for us but the water pressure issues remained—likely mineral build up. Overall the house was sufficiently stocked and cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the large pool and, most of all, the spectacular views. (Some pruning of trees would allow for an even more spectacular views.)

We had a blast hanging around the house swimming and taking in the views. Love how close the beach is and a decent grocery nearby. Property manager pointed us in the direction of a couple as solid lunch spot's
