The Flamingo Towers developments offers two large and beautiful pools, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens, 24-hour security with on-site guards, a covered parking garage with one parking space per unit, and two fully functioning elevators. The development is a quick three-minute drive to Flamingo Beach, where there is an abundance of beachside restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing. This condo is also a short 5-minute drive to the popular grocery store Super Massai. Medical, dental, and pharmacy services are also located within a five-minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.

It's all about the views!! The patio and views are spectacular. The decor in the condo is very stylish, modern, clean and comfortable. AC worked perfectly. Floors were dirty. Issue with keypad. We fixed it ourselves. Issue with dishwasher but were able to fix it ourselves. Make sure you reach out to Karin and ask for the concierge contact info before arrival. We only received the information after we had an issue with the lock/keybox. Antonio responded immediately. Can't say that was the same for the team that was supporting him. Overall, the condo met are needs and we would stay here again!

THE VIEW, THE VIEW, THE VIEW!!!! This was my second stay at Flamingo Towers! I stayed in a different unit but THE VIEWS were exactly the same , PHENOMENAL! This unit has been upgraded and has a very warm and modern interior, which we loved! The soft neutrals and wood accents were interior designs that you’ll truly enjoy! My only complaint is the Master bedroom TV did not work the entire STAY! I’m a NEWS JUNKIE so I had to resort to watching my iPhone the entire stay! Tony said the tv was old ! Well , didn’t you guys know that before I arrived? Otherwise, amazing stay!

The condo is gorgeous, with a short hilly walk or drive to a beach. Even though we were there in March, nothing was crowded! You are about 30 minutes from Tamarindo and other tourist things. We found restaurants and a market for groceries. The kitchen was well stocked and having beach towels was great! Reservation is done by Krain not VRBO which added another step to the process.

This unit is in a quiet building and has a fantastic view. Our large four-wheel drive rental car made the steep dirt road very manageable. The apartment was a nice enough space, and was tastefully appointed. But the multiple maintenance issues that persisted throughout my four nights negatively impacted my stay there. I reported each issue as I became aware of them. The management was responsive to the extent that they answered my texts promptly and assured me the problem would be resolved. But that did not come to pass! Of the five issues I reported (an AC unit that wasn't cooling properly, a chirping carbon monoxide detector, a kitchen plug that didn't work, a dishwasher that held water in the bottom--which rushed out into the floor when the door was opened--and a coffee pot that had a slow leak onto the counter) the only one--and granted, it was the most important one-- that was resolved was the AC issue. But not until maintenance made a second trip to fix it, and we had spent a very uncomfortable night in hot apartment. If these maintenance issues had not existed, or if they had actually been promptly resolved, I could highly recommend this unit. But that was not the case, and it was frustrating to deal with those inconveniences. That said, I can recommend Playa Flamingo as a great location to visit, and Flamingo Towers as a good condo complex in Playa Flamingo.
