Unwind under the stars in the 5-person hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire ring, or cozy up by one of two fireplaces—a gas fireplace in the sun-drenched sunroom and a classic wood-burning fireplace in the living room. (Firewood is provided free of charge for your convenience.) For entertainment, enjoy an Xbox with a collection of games, making downtime just as fun as your adventures out and about.

Location is everything, and this home delivers. You’re within 15 minutes of Cedar Point, Cedar Point Sports Force Park, and the Port Clinton ferries to Kelleys Island, Put-in-Bay, and Middle Bass Island. This is our second stay and we absolutely love ths property! The home is spacious, clean, comfy. The neighborhood is very charming, with both beachy and rural vibes. We can't wait to come back next year!

It was quite the challenge trying to find the right house because you have to park in the back. Then, we couldn't get the door to unlock. We tried the front door and back door multiple times, only to realize there was another door around the corner we were supposed to use. The house was very nice, lots of adds on when making it what it is. Hot tub is for 4 adults tops, sleeps 6/7 comfortable. Beautiful area.

Very nice house in a nice quiet area but still close to Sandusky. We enjoyed the hot tub, and other amenities such as Xbox and board games. Would definitely recommend, it was so much better for our family than staying in separate hotel rooms.

Rooms were broken up and room with large TV did not have much seating, but furniture and beds were comfy. Host very responsive to questions.Problem was hot tub is NOT an 8 person!! We had 4 adults and overflowed a great deal of water. Quite cramped with no leg room and not very relaxing.Neighborhood quiet and bar/restaurant at end of street was great. Great getaway with family.

Everything was clean, and as presented on the site. While more dishes, like a beverage pitcher would be helpful, nothing was a true negative.Each time I reached out to the Host, the response was fast, informative, reasonable, and totally flexible. The accommodations are a king bed, 2 full beds and 3 twins(1 is a full/twin bunk, 1 set is a daybed/trundle). This is ideally a family setting and I would stay again.

House was great, good location about 20 mins from everything we wanted to do, house was stocked exeptional well. Would definitely stay again. One bedroom was kind of small but hey we were just sleeping there so it served its purpose.

Everything went smooth. We learned the pub isn’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays. We didn’t get a chance to try it out because we were busy the other days. Just FYI on Jackson Street Pier on Monday nights they have a family movie night and Thursdays live music. We caught the live music which we loved! And the Lagoon Deer Park about 10 minutes down the road was a hit with the kids as well as Toft’s Ice Cream Parlor.

Our stay in Vickery was fantastic! Preston was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. The space was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was Rum Runner Cove—such a fun spot with great staff and a perfect atmosphere right on the water. Just walking distance. We loved the peaceful vibe of the area and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Preston’s place if you’re visiting the Sandusky area.

The stay was good. Family was comfortable. Distance to Cedar Point was not bad. Wish there was more eating options around Vickery. Hot tub was the only issue with getting up to a good temperature, but not huge deal. Owner was transparent about the hot tub scheduled for repair. Overall had a good time.

This place was perfect. Thousands of families come to Sandusky for Nextstar NAtionals and this place is by far one of the best. The commute to the convention center was short. The accomodations were perfect for a family of 5 with a dog. Everything was provided and the host was responsive and professional. Definitely would stay again.

Our group included grandparents (60,47), parents (28,26), children (2, 7mo), plus 2 fur friends. The property was great for us! We didn’t anticipate what the second living room which worked out amazingly for our little group because we were able to keep the kids and the pets completely separate to give the baby floor time without worrying about the pups stepping on her. The house was very nicely appointed, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you could ask for! We had great communication with the property owner! The property itself was situated away from the more populated areas of the lake which was appealing to us but was still a convenient drive to all of the things we wanted to do.

This was a nice place to stay. There were two spacious hang out spaces in the home, which were nice. Property completely matched the listing except for the hot tub. It’s listed as an 8-person hot tub but we barely fit two petite women and three standard sized 6’ tall men. It would probably fit 8 small children, but not adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the rental! Beautiful location about 25 minutes from Cedar Point and about the same distance to the Ferry for Kelley's island. You can walk to a restaurant on the water. The house was beautiful, super clean, has everything you need! Will be going back!

Property was better than described. I loved the location, right by the lake in a peaceful area and close enough to Port Clinton, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba. We were mostly there for fishing and had a great time with a lot of fish caught. There are a couple wildlife areas we went to: Willow Point was good fishing and we had fun with the kayaks at Resthaven. As we were getting ready to leave my son locked his keys in his car. The owner of the property showed up to clean for the next guests and was extremely helpful even calling someone to get the keys out for us. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the house and the week spent in it. We will definitely be returning to the property.

Loved the location and the house. Wished there was a gazebo or something on the patio. Would be nice if had a privacy fence or something for the hot tub. Was kind of weird having the patio and hot tub right next to neighbors windows. Was hard to talk due to their ac unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Preston's place was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. The internet speed is great and allowed me to work while on site. The outdoor space is plentiful and there is even a pretty, little wetland next door. We woke up to bird song every morning and enjoyed walks along Sandusky Bay with our dogs. Preston is a great host who was VERY quick with responses to questions. We would definitely stay again.
