This charming studio, renovated in 2023, is located in a residence just steps from the beach (100 meters away), across from the municipal seawater pool and various shops.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people, making it ideal for a couple or a solo traveler.
This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests!
You’ll enter the apartment through the residence’s garden.

- 160cm double fold-out bed (please note: the bed is quite heavy to fold up)
A loggia where you can enjoy a meal while staying sheltered.

- Dolce Gusto coffee machine + filter coffee maker
- Electric kettle

You will have a private parking space in the residence’s secure parking lot.
Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, and trash bags. For the rest of your stay, we’ll let you purchase whatever you need.
The apartment is on the first floor and is all on one level.
You’ll receive a set of keys.
Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and house-trained.
Check-in can be done independently using a key box.
