Great place to break a journey. Comfy bed, warm room, thoughtful facilities and excellent shower. It’s in a safe, very quiet, suburban area not far from the lake and a wee drive to shops and eateries. Lake, not visible from the studio, is just a short stroll away.

Very quiet, clean and ammenities all available. Secure parking.
Suggestions- some face flannels in the bathroom would be nice.
A rug on the floor as the concrete can be felt through the flooring and it was quite cold on your feet even with socks - however it was 2degrees outside 😀

the owner was very nice and lived on site so it was easy to ask questions. The room was as descirbed.
There isnt really any view or outside area (other than the drive) to eat in summer. It is perfectly nice and exactly as described with a lovely owner and very clean.
