Funky bach style, 3 bedroom cottage with views, in the highly sort after area of Hilltop. Terrific open plan living area - lounge, dining room and kitchen. Ideal for a fun filled, or relaxed holiday for a group of friends, or families. Positioned on a prime and secluded section with quiet tree lined surroundings and extensive elevated views of the Lake and Mountains. Great sunshine throughout the day and views of the sunset across the lake. Close to Taupo's many and varied attractions. Short walking distance to Hilltop Shopping Centre and restaurants - including the popular Mole and Chicken restaurant and bar. Bright colours and quirky style, well equipped for families. Plenty of off street parking, including the lawn. Bathroom with toilet and shower over bath, and a separate ensuite toilet and basin. Instantaneous gas hot water heating, which never runs out. TV's in lounge and both double bedrooms. Porta cot, high chair, toys and children's books. 3 outdoor living decks to enjoy and follow the sun. BBQ, table and deck chairs. A highly sought after holiday venue, or event base with many happy repeat stays.

A quaint cottage. Well equipped with everything you need. The beds and furniture are unfortunately well past their useful time and we found them very uncomfortable. The location is great, the hosts are great and if they replace the beds and furniture I’d rate it 5.
