Natura Bungalows

Our stay at Natura Bungalows in La Fortuna was just what we hoped for and more! We wanted to be just a few minutes away from the very busy La Fortuna and get a better Costa Rican locals feel that was more surrounded by nature and this matched our criteria. Jose and his family have three beautiful nature bungalows. Ours was so very clean, the shower was really big and tiled so beautifully. The bed was really comfortable and faced sliding glass doors with curtains, plus there was a small kitchenette and a separate area with shelves for clothes and suitcases. The air conditioner worked perfectly and exactly what we longed for at night. Jose was so readily accessible and happy to answer our questions and tell us about the local area. This is a small family run business and it was exactly who we wanted our money to go to. We would definitely stay there again!

No es un hotel ahí te lo haces todo tú tampoco te vienen a limpiar la habitación pero no está mal simplemente tienes que ir con esa idea.

Neuer, top modern, eingerichteter Bungalow mit einer tollen überlegten Ausstattung. Auch das Bad war Mega. Außenanlage sehr gepflegt, schöne Terrasse, wir haben sogar Kolibris beobachten können. Abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit sicherem Parkplatz.

Es war tatsächlich alles tipptopp.

Property was set up very nicely with views of the beautiful garden and volcano. Easy to drive to with a gate and a convenient parking lot. There is a very lush garden setting - lots of plants and animals in the area. We saw birds, lizards and a little red frog in the parking area. You are in your own individual bungalow with no neighbors to share a wall with, so lots of privacy and not a lot of outside noise. The couple who runs the property live on site with their kids. Super nice couple and super cute kids. They lent us some bug spray and were helpful in recommending their favorite restaurant Travesía, and a photographer for our maternity photoshoot. Highly recommend staying here!!

It is not located in the center of town, so you will likely need a car to drive into town. But there are a couple of soda restaurants nearby and a small market within a 5 min walk.
