La habitación, el baño, la comodidad de las camas y la ubicación. Tbn el personal muy amable.
El desayuno puede mejorar, es aceptable así como la comida del restaurante: en una ocasión q pedimos 2 sopas, estaban muy buenas, pero en una segunda vez, la comida (alitas) no estaban nada buenas.
En el desayuno si hay variedad de comidas pero la calidad no es buena, le falta sazón a la comida.

The bedding and mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice as well.
The complimentary beverage station at reception was consistently empty of drinks or glassware. We had to pay a deposit for an extra key (2 keys total) which was a new experience for us as travelers.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist gut.
Dame an der Rezeption und Zimmerservice top Kundenorientiert.
Frühstücksbuffet und Personal.
Um 7 macht das Buffet auf und es dauert 20min. bis man einen Kaffee bekommt den man sich nicht selbst holen darf. Nachdem an einem andern Tag eine Busgruppe direkt um 7 übers Buffet hergefallen ist wird 7:30 nicht wieder nachbestückt obwohl frühstückszeit bis 11 geht.
Das Personal hat kein Auge für das was zu tun ist. Nachdem die Bussgruppe weg war werden alle Tische erst gemütlich abgeräumt dann gewischt dann neu eingedeckt anstatt man für wartende Gäste ein Tisch nach dem anderen fertig macht.

En la última noche, a la 1am llegó una familia muy ruidosa, gritando por los pasillos, niños descontrolados sin respetar el horario nocturno. Solicitamos el apoyo del personal del hotel y ni ellos pudieron controlar la situación. Es necesario tener reglamentos para una convivencia sana entre los huéspedes y sancionar a ese tipo de personas que no saben respetar.
